Course 1: "Croque Madame"... brioche, prosciutto, yellowtail sashimi, quail egg
Course 2: Squid ink pasta with dungeness crab and peas
Course 3: Coconut soup over butternut squash puree, chanterelle mushrooms, sweetbreads
Course 4: Bass over sweet cornCourse 5: Pork belly with... some other good stuff (I'm sorry Hatfield's)
Course 6: Alternating seared duck and fois gras over cauliflower couscous
Close up.Course 7: Hangar steak (I think?) and short ribs (also alternating) with onion rings
Course 8: Palate cleanser of merengue cup with passion fruit sorbet and currants
Course 9: Sugar & spice beignets, venezuelan chocolate fondue, root beer milkshake shot
